Yourspace Specialised Energy Assessments is a service offered by Isle of Man Infrared Ltd and our fully Accredited Assessors are passionate about the Built environment, energy conservation and reducing carbon emissions. We are based on the Isle of Man but as the Assessments are desk based we cover anywhere in the UK. We know the value and hard work you have invested in what is important to you. Working along side you to produce any of the following, Building Regulations Approved Document L SAP Assessment's for new build domestic dwellings, Conversions, Conservatories including overglazed extensions and Approved Document O where an overheating assessment is required. As part of the above services we complete detailed layer by layer analysis of the building material to calculate heat loss, this is known as  a U-Value, this service is offered as a stand alone service to assist with identifying the most suitable building material for a project. We also offer an Infrared Service for existing built environments where you think an issue may exist or you believe an element has failed e.g. Insulation.
